EY Tax Associate interview questions

Final interview was separate to the AC. In the AC it was purely a group ex and case study. The interview was focused on strengths based and motivational questions with a presenation on a topic of your choice.

EY places importance on cultural fit and interpersonal skills. A behavioral interview may be conducted to evaluate how well you work in a team, handle challenges, and communicate effectively. Depending on the position and the level of the role, there may be additional rounds of interviews with higher-level managers or partners.
