Situational judgment test with video interviews in between, mostly preference on personality questions, and replying to an email given a situation. The video questions were around 2 minutes long, also situational questions.
It was an online, pre-recorded interview with seven questions in total, most were personal or about experiences I've had that make me a good candidate but some were about the company itself.

It's quite easy if you prepare the interview in advance.
In my case it was for an internship in Hong Kong, under the covid so the process is a bit different usually, but in my case it went by itself with a bit of preparation beforehand.

It's mostly business cases, written exercises, if you know how to manage a concrete case with people, work in a team... etc.
