interview process had four rounds
2 Technical, 1 managerial and 1 hr
Technical part consisted of all c# , ASP.net and oops based questions
more emphasis was into support kind of role, like "how you would handle scenarios" kind of questions
Managerial round was a telephonic call from UK

Interview
I had been to walk in, too many candidates, i had to wait for whole day to complete the interview process, First and second round were pure technical , third round was techno managerial and last round was HR, but HR round was one sided they wont listen to you, they would have already decided the package for you , you have very little space for negotiation, i was selected and accepted the offer

very simple. one technical , one manager, one director and hr round very simple process. most of the questions in technical are simple and very basic. Single Ton, hash Map Implementation, OOPS concepts, HIbernate and Strings, Project SPecific questions, scenario based questions also.
