It was quite casual, with just a couple of partners. However it would be depending on the team that you are applying for. Hiring strategy is different from partner to partner. One partner could invest on the future engagements if there is no immediate potential engagement for the person applying. The other partner won't invest, but just hire for the existing client engagements where there is not sufficient resources.
