I started with HR screen, then waited 2 months for interview. The whole process went well. I had two rounds of interviews. One with senior manager and the other one with partner.
Fairly common interview questions, related to management style and technical savvy about project scheduling, risk identification and mitigation strategies . There were questions related to how agile ceremonies would be conducted and how I could prepare my team for future projects via those sessions
The process was extremely slow, first round was technical, then case study round after 1 months, never received feedback in spite of follow-ups. Probably a fake job posting to let the market know they are hiring.
