The initial two interviews were conducted by the Human Resources department, where we discussed my professional background and qualifications. The third interview provided me with the opportunity to meet with the hiring manager to delve deeper into the specifics of the role and the team dynamics. The final stage involved a collaborative activity with other candidates, allowing us to showcase our teamwork and problem-solving skills.
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
