An interview with 2 people from the team. Mainly focus on who I am and my motivation to join the team. I got some questions about what I learned from school, and some about my understanding of the team and what they do. 4. Offer

How should we hire you? What do you think is the challenge for this role?
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.

Introduction, two questions about the financial reports, aksed the difference between key financial reports. asked if can handle overtime. Was pretty chill, nothing too difficult, recieved offer about 3 days later.
