Very hard interview process for a 6 months internship. A lot of mathematical case studies were given for a role that would be administrative in life science section. For the role requirements and the interview process, this did not align.

Question 1
They asked me a very mathematical case study about production related items in life pharma. The also asked me just a general math case study.
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.

Introduction, two questions about the financial reports, aksed the difference between key financial reports. asked if can handle overtime. Was pretty chill, nothing too difficult, recieved offer about 3 days later.
