I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
I was referred by a current employee. I was contacted by EY's recruitment team promptly and invited for a telephone interview that consisted of both technical and competency based questions.
After the telephone interview I was invited to a face to face which consisted of more in-depth technical questions as well as questions aimed to probe my understanding of EY's values.
All EY recruitment and interviewers were very pleasant and the whole experience was very useful as my first big4 interview for what I want to get into.

Question 1
An off the cuff question I was asked: it says here you use skill a and skill b in your current job every day, combined with fantastic communication skills. Use your fantastic communication skills along with skill a and skill b to convince me that x is better than y.
Overall good experience. 2 rounds of interview. Got to know results in 1 day. Smooth process. Interview was scheduled online. Three interviewers were present. Covered technical questions and skills i know.
the application process is starting from looking in the LinkedIn. After that, they refer to the EY website. From this you can see the requirement for the job applicant. Depends on the role whether the company expect quite experience on organization and academic. The most important they put a highlight is being active on organization which they know how social you are.
One round of interview. During the interview, there were mostly behavioural questions, with some industry-specific terms or concepts tested, and a segment for you to present your research based on the task given.
