El proceso consistió en varias entrevistas tanto con RRHH como con los que serían mis responsables. El trato fue amable, y me llegaron a enviar una oferta que, tras aclarar unas dudas, estaba en disposición de aceptar pero, finalmente, no hubo entendimiento y no llegué a ingresar en la compañía.

I had interviewed for a Manager role at EY. I already informed them during the initial call that I have a total of 6.6 years of experience. After that, they scheduled my L1 interview round, which I cleared successfully. However, I was rejected in the L2 round because they were looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience for a leadership role.
