I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Kuala Lumpur) in Mar 2017
Interview
Upon submitting resume via the website, we are requested to finish a test to assess the personality fit. Once resume screening and personality test is completed, there will be a phone interview conducted by the HR personnel. If you manage to pass the interview with HR, you pretty much passed the interview. There will be a written test and a face to face interview with the manager or director that will be conducted in the office. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
