Found vacancy on LinkedIn last month. Registered in EY network, uploaded CV. Applied for position via portal and was invited to recruitment process. Everything looks clear and on a pro level.
It was a good experience! The interview process consisted of multiple rounds, including an initial HR screening, technical interview, and managerial discussion. The process also included discussion around project experience, communication skills, and role expectations.
Online assessment which is average competency which can be cracked with basic knowledge of coding and interaction skills where good and happy how it was communicated also the people who came was friendly
