I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at EY (Bengaluru) in May 2008
Interview
First is written test on your analytical skills, technical skills & command over english language. Once you clear that, you will have a round with HR executive who would test your knowledge on english, communication skills etc. Once you clear that, you have to go through technical interview with one or two members of that team for which you are being employed. if you succeed to impress, you will be interviewed by one of the managers.
I applied online. I interviewed at EY (Glasgow, Escocia)

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Nueva Delhi) in Feb 2026
Interview
It was smooth, first there was a GD round then there was a interview in which behavioral questions were more, no technical question as such. It was more like a discussion.
