I applied through employee referral and got called from HR within week. Later after few days got email and call for interview in personnel with senior manager for technical round. During technical round I got interview with fake senior manager (as I observed it was some executive or consultant). He took 45 mins to ask very basic questions related to taxation.

pretty much simple. anyone can crack it if they know what they are saying. you should be confident. ALSO should have knowlege of 1-2 industries - especially of that industry where the team works in.
