All the interview process was virtual with 3 rounds of interview with 1st basic and then technical rounds and 4th round would be HR negotiations. The job was on site and no hybrid option with Monday to Friday working

the application process is starting from looking in the LinkedIn. After that, they refer to the EY website. From this you can see the requirement for the job applicant. Depends on the role whether the company expect quite experience on organization and academic. The most important they put a highlight is being active on organization which they know how social you are.
One round of interview. During the interview, there were mostly behavioural questions, with some industry-specific terms or concepts tested, and a segment for you to present your research based on the task given.
