At least 3 interviews including with Senior Managers relevant to the competency you will work in as well as final interview with Partner. Sometimes this involves more than one Partner if there is a matrix reporting line across geography and competency. Expect delays between interviews because timing depends on their availability and business needs.

Interviewed via video on demand. Never heard back and because everything is automated, there is no way to follow up. If invited to interview, whether in person or video on demand, the interviewee should receive a response from the employer.
