Round 3 - Case Study & Interview with a senior manager - follow-up questions on the case study - prior experiences - business and functional skills related experiences based questioning Round 4 - Interview with a partner - mix of behavioural and technical based on your resume and past experiences

Lengthy process it is. A lot of phone calls to schedule the interview is required at times. Continuous follow-up is required for the interview.
