Interview
I received an invitation to a social dinner. Many employees, including auditor, manager and some partners attended the event. There are many opportunities to talk to different people and to ask questions to learn about the company. Based on the performance and resume, some candidates, including me was invited to the first round interview with a manager or a partner. The second round interview was on site.

Interview
The interview was with a senior manager at EY, whom I’d gotten to know quite well through all the on campus recruiting events. This interview was at their office and it was about a half hour in length. The interview was your standard behavioural interview (tell about a time when you have an uncooperative group member, etc.) and was focused entirely on group work. There was also a question on time management. Marks never came up. The first question was “tell me about yourself”. I didn’t get an offer, but I think it was because I didn’t perform well in the interview.

Basically, all the questions asked by the interviewer are behavior questions. For example, tell me about your self, the team experience, work experience and what's your long term goal, short term goal. It is alright. The reason that I fail the interview is probably due to the fact that I am not outgoing
