EY Audit Intern interview questions

Unfair interview process. Had my interview with only one manager. Unfortunately we didn’t vibe from the beginning and the interview got progressively worse. Asked around 10+ technical questions, which I couldn’t answer to 2 only and they decided to really dig deeper as if they wanted me to fail. The manager showed no interest in me and didn’t give me a chance, rushed to bring the interview to an end. Too harsh question for an internship in my opinion. It is unfortunate that only one person gets to decide your performance. The manager also wasn’t very good at giving the interview, failed to ask about past experience etc. Overall, I gave them foundation for my knowledge and showed genuine interest.. friends that already work there told me that their interviews had been way easier and complained of inadequate hires that don’t know what a balance sheet is, maybe their interviewer had a better day and decided to hire them idk.

Il colloquio si è svolto in tre step di cui uno conoscitivo, uno tecnico (specifico per la posizione) e uno motivazionale finalizzato all’inserimento. Esperienza positiva, persone molto gentili che hanno saputo mettermi a mio agio.
