Candidates from McKinsey, KPMG, BCG et al (let God wonder why will they come here. - Actually the profile was of Pursuits (in simple english its called "Profiling") - People from every background came for the interview process, sales guys, people with no financial modeling experience, people who even did not have any idea of relative valuation...forget DCF or reverse DCF. - For an opening that was supposedly into M&A or Corporate Finance. Its Very Strange!
