      Call Center Representative Interview

      May 20, 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Ewing, NJ
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ETS (Ewing, NJ) in Feb 2010

      Interview

I applied for the position through Adecco, there are other agencies that hire for ETS. First they gave me a quiz to test my MS office, grammar, and internet skills, I remember the office and grammar being done at home. At the interview, I was asked the normal questions about myself, previous work, and why I should be hired. Then I watched a video on "fruit words", which basically was telling you not to be offended when a customer curses you out, and took a drug test. After, you basically wait for them to call you and say training is starting for a certain department.
