Initial phone call with recruiter. Then a 45 minute interview with directors of the program which test your sports knowledge and how you would react in specific situations. Talk about specific sports and your predictions and storylines that are prevelant.

Interview
I had gotten a screening call on a Thursday, scheduled a phone interview for the following morning. That interview had taken 25-30 minutes. I was told they would get back to me by the end of the following week. That next Monday I was offered the job.
