I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ESPN (New York, NY) in May 2022
Interview
Really arduous from start to finish. The recruiters were nice but scheduling the interviews with them was really disorganized. The interview with the hiring manager was awful and rushed, she didn't seem to care one bit or even know the job she was interviewing for. Dodged a bullet there.
Long process with many different people involved and no real idea of when you will hear back. The people were nice but the system needs to be fixed, Disney has too many procedures in place.

Question 1
How would you deal with an employee who is not showing up for their shift?
No initial recruiter/HR interview - the first was via Skype with the "hiring committee" (with 3-4 people) you'd be working with/for. Interviewers were very friendly and asked professional and thoughtful questions.

Question 1
Your Experience Why you want to work at ESPN? What excites you most about the role? What would you recommend ESPN does better.
The process was a fairly basic one. There were two different stages to the interview process where I met with HR and then a full team of people. That would sum it up in about 30 words.
