Interview
I was contacted by HR for a phone interview. She asked questions about my experience and told me that I would be contacted by the department head the following week. I waited a week without receiving a call. I contacted HR to inquire about the process and she assured me that they were still conducting phone interviews and would follow up with all candidates within a week.
Yet again, I did not receive a call. I contacted HR to check the status of the hiring process over the next few weeks with no response. After a month, I finally reached the HR recruiter and she told me the position had been filled. She encouraged me to apply to other positions.
Initially applied online and got a request for a google form practical to complete within a week. I was selected to move on and had Zoom meeting with five managers across the social department.
