      Production Interview

      Mar 22, 2015
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ESPN in Sep 2014

      Interview

I was contacted by HR for a phone interview. She asked questions about my experience and told me that I would be contacted by the department head the following week. I waited a week without receiving a call. I contacted HR to inquire about the process and she assured me that they were still conducting phone interviews and would follow up with all candidates within a week. Yet again, I did not receive a call. I contacted HR to check the status of the hiring process over the next few weeks with no response. After a month, I finally reached the HR recruiter and she told me the position had been filled. She encouraged me to apply to other positions.

Two phone screenings and a face to face interview. They were very positive and upbeat about their department. If you match their excitement you should be okay. They are looking for what kind of equipment and programs you know how to use for the most part.
