Phone interview, virtual interview, in person interview then hired 3 weeks later. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming during the whole process. Flying out to ESPN and seeing the campus was really cool.

Met with the Creative Director and Art Director. Took a tour of the office. Showed my portfolio. They are looking for the right personality fit and must love sports to work there.
