I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EF Education First (Boston, MA)
Interview
Very quick and pleasant interview process! Phone interview followed by in-person interview with the team, job offer came a few days later. I appreciated being scheduled to meet with the whole team in one day rather than having to come in twice. HR recruiter super friendly and responsive. If you're interviewing for a mid or senior level role, don't be scared off by all the folks on Glassdoor talking about group interviews. I believe that's what they do for the entry level tour coordinator positions but my experience was totally different.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Equal mix of skill/experience-based questions, behavioral questions (tell me about a time when...) and general culture fit chat.
Seems like an amazing place to work! Young people, great vibe, very entrepreneurial. All interviews were very professional. Definitely looking for the right fit. If they don't like you for the position you're interviewing for, they'll try and find another position for you with the company which is what happened to me. Got a couple follow-up calls for other positions. Very good experience.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EF Education First (Estambul)
Interview
They have a standart process, nothing unusual. 1st interview is with a country manager, second one is with a sales manager, if necessary they introduce you one of the presidents from the head quarter.
