I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Boston, MA) in Jan 2019
Interview
4 interviews over 2 months. Initial phone call, mock sales call, group interview, one on one. Easy but repetitive process/questions. Last interview ended with a glass of wine. Was called at 6 pm on a Friday after being fairly convinced the job was mine only to be told they went with someone who had more sales experience. After being told sales wasn’t vital, passion and similar values as the company were and we would be taught how to do sales...complete waste of time they should have been able to tell from interview 1 that I didn’t have much sales experience.

Interview
First I was invited to a video interview with the hiring manager after submitting my resume. After that initial interview, I had to do a mock call with one of their employees. Finally, I was invited to an in-person group interview with the other candidates.

Question 1
I was asked what qualities would be important for someone in this position to have.
Started out with a phone call and then was invited for a group interview. Group interview which was very laid back and conversational. Everyone was very kind and upbeat. Three employers told us all about Education First and then asked us questions and we answered one by one.
