Interview
Very easy and chill interview. Felt like a casual conversation, and wasn't trying to quiz or test me. The interviewer was friendly and happy to ask any questions, however, the interviewer could not answer specific questions about e.g. location.

Interview
After an initial interview with the department lead I got passed through an intensive second stage (essentially replacing 2 further rounds of interviews), one was an exercise with part of the team and the other an interview with the product owner. Both interviews took a fair amount of time (particularly the exercise) so overall I spent the better part of an afternoon.
Regardless of the outcome, I expected to hear from them again but after investing all that time, complete and utter silence. I understand that maybe I wasn't suited for the role for whatever reason but I expected the decency of at least getting back to me with a message and some feedback as to why I didn't make it.
If that's the kind of treatment they think candidates deserve you can tell as employers they will be lacking as well.
