Interviewer asked about my teaching experience, safeguarding methods & some career goals, & also to outline a lesson. Asked about my previous work history and my goals for the future.

what was the target language, age of students & overall achievement within the lesson.
They asked confusing questions with no real context behind it. I think they should given more scenario based questions for this type of job interview. It just felt very awkward and chaotic.
