Interview
Five "rounds" of interviews. The first is resume screening, why you want to work there, etc. it's online answered questions. If you get through that they do a financial literacy test that you take on zoom. After that are three more rounds: An HR screening/personality assessment, another interview with upper management, and then finally if you make it to the last round you go in person and stay for five hours. We had to do a three minute "passion pitch" and two longer interviews including a case study, and also a Q&A with the current people in the program. All of that, being selected out of 1200 applicants for the final in person interview (about 12 applicants in total made it this far) just for an auto rejection email.

Question 1
They asked for a passion pitch which they didn't want to be about the job at all.
The interview process was quick and simple, the communication from EF came directly from a member of staff and not a generalized email, this made the company feel very individual first and not as if you were one in hundreds of applicants. It started with a live assessment, then a first interview for character, then a technical interview, and would end with an in person all together "interview" day.

Interview
Enregistrement de courtes vidéos, 1min à 30 secondes de préparation puis 1min à 45 secondes de réponses, pour un total de 4min30. Les questions sont relativement faciles mais la gestion du temps rend l’exercice plus complexe.
