The interview was online as I was abroad. I first got an email asking me to schedule an interview. It lasted about 40 minutes with only one recruiter. The interviewer was friendly and very open to conversation. He gave it a very psychological approach, it was more about personality and how to solve difficult situations.

I have one first round interview. The recruiter wasn't interested at all, and was highlighting how challenging this job is and whether I'm sure I want to apply for it. She followed the basic interview format, never asked follow up questions.

it was really good one online and the second one in person the interviewer was very empathetic and make you feel really comfortable the second in person interview was good.
