Apply online. Face to face or skype interview with the Director of Studies. Offer came through email within 7 days with salary and start date. It's also good if you can get a recommendation from someone working at EF. You need an Enhanced DBS check before the start of the job.
They asked confusing questions with no real context behind it. I think they should given more scenario based questions for this type of job interview. It just felt very awkward and chaotic.
