I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2014
Interview
I was contacted after expressing interest through a friend in the company. Then a 45 min skype interview commensed after which I was hired. I then had a phone conversation with the Director of Studies where he briefly when through the contract with me. It was very vague and in hindsight I wish I had asked more questions because they ended up finding loop holes, and getting teachers to do a lot of extra work that wasn't explicity stated in the contract review.

Question 1
What teaching experience do you have? How do you deal with difficult children? What if you have a class with varying abilities?
They asked confusing questions with no real context behind it. I think they should given more scenario based questions for this type of job interview. It just felt very awkward and chaotic.
