First I was invited to take a video interview in which there were 4 questions formulated. . Then I was invited to a Zoom interview with two people in the department (a manager and a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist), in which I was explained the overall goal of the position and the daily tasks of it, followed by questions about my personal and professional background. Lastly, I was invited to the Zurich Offices, where I was interviewed by the same manager, another senior and the head of accounting. The interview was more relaxed, talking abount the specifications of the tasks and the daily routine that I would face. I had applied to other positions in the same company and they wanted to know my preferences and my levef of possible commitment. I also had a fast visit of the office instalations.

The hiring process is smoothy and fast I really liked it. Even though I didn't get the job, I have to admit they were nice. Only the in person interview was a bit weird and not well prepared
