      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Boston, MA) in Apr 2015

      Interview

      Fill out application online, then fill out questions about your experience and grammar knowledge, then interview Skype, a lot of chat board time, mock lesson, etc. You will be in the interview for well over an hour and it will seem like a lot of logging off and logging back in. Platform will keep changing from classroom to Skype and back again.

Situational questions to assess classroom management skills, adaptability, and cultural awareness. Even if you don't have teaching experience, there is a high chance to land ESL job there.

      Easiest interview I've had, they talked more as if I already had the job. Asking questions like where in china did I want to be. Don't stress, just be relaxed and talk about why you want to teach and why you want to live in china.
