I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Boston, MA) in Apr 2015
Interview
Fill out application online, then fill out questions about your experience and grammar knowledge, then interview Skype, a lot of chat board time, mock lesson, etc. You will be in the interview for well over an hour and it will seem like a lot of logging off and logging back in. Platform will keep changing from classroom to Skype and back again.

I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Shanghái, Shanghai)
Interview
Easiest interview I've had, they talked more as if I already had the job. Asking questions like where in china did I want to be. Don't stress, just be relaxed and talk about why you want to teach and why you want to live in china.
