3-stage interview (1 phone call, 1 via zoom and 1 in person).
After more than a month and having spoken to 7 different people, they ended up with an automated e-mail without providing any feedback.

For a trainee position, I was interviewed 3 times. First 2 online and last one was in person. I think 3 step interview was unnecessary for a trainee position. It was a smooth process, general questions such as strengths and weaknesses.
