      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Milán)

      Interview

Application online, they called me back after a few hours. The marketing manager invited me for a face-to-face interview within a week. After the interview, he gave me a very vague brief and asked me to elaborate a project and send it back when it was ready. I sent my project after a few days and received no feedback or receipt confirmation. I was invited for a second interview: after more questions about my attitude towards different kind of situations, I was asked to solve practical problems. In the end, even though he did not like my project, he told me the last interview went well, so he scheduled one more interview with the Managing Director. The Managing Director asked me general questions about myself and my aspirations, not a single question about the position I applied for. She asked a question regarding my feeling about working in the sales area and I clearly stated that a job in sales (or telesales) was not my priority. The same day I got a phone call to schedule another interview: they did not specify the person I was going to talk to. When I showed up, I found out they scheduled me for an interview with the Sales Manager, without informing me. They suggested I was a good fit for sales and that I could continue the selection process for a position in that area, even though I clearly stated before I was not interested in sales. In the end, 3 weeks passed and I never heard back from the Marketing Manager regarding the position I applied for in the first place: on their system my application is still "in progress", although they probably hired someone else. This is absolutely not professional and totally disrespectful for people who spent time and energies in the selection process. Just be honest and clear in the selection process, give a negative feedback if needed, you'll avoid wasting people's time.

      Question 1

Why are manholes round. Ask signatures from random people in the office. Arrange the disposition of tables for an event. Tell me your strengths and weaknesses.
