I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EF (Education First)
Interview
Two video interviews with direct managers then final round with team and managers with case study. Mood was relaxed and interviewees were supportive. The process took about a month from first interview until last.
The first round is typically an online interview with the hiring manager, which is usually 30-mins or 1 hr. In case of a successful first round, they used to invite candidates for an onsite interview with a case study, presentation and the follow-up questions.

Question 1
All role specific. You would be expected to explain your previous experience with advertising or martech platforms.
EF canceled my interview through Email only 3 hours before the interview, and even refused to have a call of 15 minutes with me to communicate. The interview was agreed one week ago, but on the interview day without ever talking with me or trying to know me, the interviewers suddenly decided that I do not fit the company culture and canceled the interview, as I was already on my way to it. EF do not respect candidates at all. If you want to cancel an appointment, the least you could do is to call this person and have a good explanation, instead of just emailing this person 3 hours in advance. If not respecting others is EF’s company culture, I would agree with the interviewers that I do not fit it at all.
