I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EF (Education First) in Nov 2021
Interview
Just an overall waste of time. They expect you to work six days a week and take on 8 classes a day. They also require you to submit lesson plans. It seems extremely rigorous. This is fine for some people, but not for the salary they are offering. Their website says "competitive pay" allowing a "comfortable lifestyle". The salary is 11 M Rupiah which is about $770 USD. They also won't pay for your flight until you've completed a year of work and won't pay for your quarantine which is required by the Indonesian government
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
They asked if I would be ok with administrative duties?
They asked confusing questions with no real context behind it. I think they should given more scenario based questions for this type of job interview. It just felt very awkward and chaotic.
