questions was used to understand my expectations, motivation, values and career goals. Overall, they were really friendly and good listener. They wanted to whether I was fitting the company's values.

Tell us about a time when you have successfully dealt with a difficult situation.
Casual and chill. Was asked if I could do data entry and any software I knew. Interviewer was nice and office is open and bright with nice pantry area and couches.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Cambridge, MA)
Interview
Standard HR call and then interview with hiring manager. Hiring manager was ten minutes late, offered no apology or explanation even though I emailed to check in, and seemed very rushed. Immediately asked if I was available in person when the job description stated it was a remote position. When I clarified, I was told it was a mistake. Overall negative experience from incorrect job listing to lack of professionalism for the interview.

Ho affrontato due colloqui: uno con il manager accountant e un altro con il financial manager, nel primo colloqui mi è stato chiesto di parlare un po' di me e qualche domanda tecnica relativa ad accounting, il secondo colloquio è stato piu personale.
