A lot of focus on culture fit. Especially with interns. The rest is to see "how you think" and test intelligence that way. High standards for sure. Rest of interview was otherwise pretty standard - ask about you a lot and then a few thought process questions. Short and sweet. Follow-up interviews also.
The interview process consisted of three rounds: the first with a recruiter, the second with regional managers, and the final round with the country manager. The first interview was conducted via Microsoft Teams, while the remaining interviews were held in person. I was also satisfied with how fast the overall process was.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EF Education First (Lisboa, Lisboa) in Jun 2022
Interview
You just have to take a simple interview in which they will ask things about you such as weaknesses and strengths or your motivation to work at EF. After the interview (which is held online), you will receive an email with the proposal.

Question 1
What are you weaknesses? What are your strengths? Why EF?
The process took an extremely long time, but the communication from the HR team was not very transparent nor very effective. I found the overall process to be very disheartening and dehumanizing.
