I have applied for this position and had a total of 3 interviews (one over the phone, one group interview, one individual interview). The 2 people conducting the interview were 35 minutes late to start with, the job description didn't match what they were describing. I left thinking I'd never want to work for them and they have never contacted me again after my individual interview. Which to may says a lot. When a candidate takes the time to go through multiple interviews, the least the company could do is let the candidate know they were not the successful candidate. A little respect goes a long way. 4 months after that, I received an email from the company asking me to do a Video Interview for the same role...not very organized if you ask me.
