I applied online. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Hangzhou, Zhejiang) in Jan 2017
Interview
Quick and Friendly.
Once I expressed interest a representative of EF contacted me the same day laying out the documentation that would be needed to apply for the job.
Once I was able to prove that I had the correct documents I was given an interview over Skype.
The interview itself was simplistic and the questions focused on what I could bring to EF.

Interview
Easiest interview I've had, they talked more as if I already had the job. Asking questions like where in china did I want to be. Don't stress, just be relaxed and talk about why you want to teach and why you want to live in china.
