I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Cambridge, MA) in Sep 2020
Interview
I applied online and immediately reached out to the hiring manager expressing high interest for this position (Explore America). A week later I heard back with an email for my first interview. Two days later I received an email informing me that I had move forward for a second round interview where I would meet with two of the sales directors separately, this would take up two hours with a 15 minute break in between. The second interview was a mix of behavioral and situational questions but felt very conversational and personal. A day after the second interview I was informed that I progressed to the third round which would take place the following week. The third interview was 2 hours with a 15 minute break in between. This time with one sales director and one sales manager. I was informed I would hear back by the end of the week, which I did. The interview process was standard, lasting a month. Although I did not get an offer everyone I spoke with was very friendly and easy to speak to and the Interview practice was great.
Note: I applied for the position of September 2nd and just heard back today, October 2nd. Long process!
