I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Cape Town) in Oct 2019
Interview
It was professional and my interviewer was very friendly. You have to answer the questions with specific scenarios so be well prepared. I didn't get a job offer and when I emailed them to ask for feedback they refused to tell me anything, apparently its company policy. That was the only part I didn't like about the process.

I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Shanghái, Shanghai)
Interview
Easiest interview I've had, they talked more as if I already had the job. Asking questions like where in china did I want to be. Don't stress, just be relaxed and talk about why you want to teach and why you want to live in china.
