I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Sheffield, Inglaterra) in Aug 2019
Interview
An hour long call. Questions require detailed answers. They want to know you can adapt, you are diligent, and are able to work under pressure. You will know whether you’re doing well or not by how the recruiter responds to your answers. If there are too many follow up questions be sure to add more context/info in your next answers but if they are nodding and smiling keep it up you’re probably doing fine. Joanne asked me what kind of place I’d be happiest moving to: a city or nature... and she had something in mind for me almost straight away so be careful what you chose if you are asked this because you’re stuck with it! (I chose a balance between the two)
They asked confusing questions with no real context behind it. I think they should given more scenario based questions for this type of job interview. It just felt very awkward and chaotic.

Interview
The interview was in the form of an online interview for international teachers. The recruiter asks mostly scenario or situational questions about previous work experiences e.g. tell me about a time...
