After applying online, i had a short phone call with the sales manager and we booked a face to face interview. It was supposed to be a group one, but that day there were only two of us. The interviewer told us about the company an then asked us to talk about ourselves. We had time to ask more specific questions about salary and other technical details. At the end we had a role play, we have been told to make up the informations we did not know and that we would have been judged according to our way to interact with the customer, not for the lack of informations. I felt like it was not 100% true. I was put at ease, it was not stressful, but i felt like they tried to "sell" themselves a bit too much and that the entire experience was not completely transparent.
