I applied online. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Dublín, Dublín) in Feb 2018
Interview
I applied online and with a few weeks got an invitation to interview. When I arrived it turned out that there would be a group interview and a group task in addition to a one on one interview. This threw me a little, but it was fine in the end. The group interview involved a long discussion about what the job entailed, and what we thought was important for it. The group task involved s being given a scenario and in pairs, devising an activity for the students, and presenting. The one on one interviews happened afterwards and focused on what action would be appropriate in difficult situations, as well as my capacity to deal with the workload. The whole thing took an hour and a half in total, with ten, maybe fifteen minutes of it being the individual interview.

Very smooth and engaging, we talked about the background and qualifications, hours, experience and expectations, the interviewer seemed to be very happy with what she is doing right now. Very pleasant experience.
