I applied online. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Newark, NJ)
Interview
Initially I was contacted by email to setup an interview and then I spoke to one employer via Skype for approximately 30 minutes. I was asked several questions on my experience and teaching style. I was also asked specific questions based on scenarios in the classroom and how I would handle them. I was then informed about the company and schedules, and asked what schedule I would prefer.

Interview
Easiest interview I've had, they talked more as if I already had the job. Asking questions like where in china did I want to be. Don't stress, just be relaxed and talk about why you want to teach and why you want to live in china.
