Interview
I had a Skype interview with a man from the management team. First he introduced himself and I had to explain why I want to work with EF and what are my motivations. Then he explain you what you will do at EF as an Activity Leader and ask you questions about what would you do in different situations.

Interview
It was a very nice interview with very enthusiastic staff that are looking to provide a memorable summer for everyone involved in their company. They were very clear on what they wanted and required
Very smooth and engaging, we talked about the background and qualifications, hours, experience and expectations, the interviewer seemed to be very happy with what she is doing right now. Very pleasant experience.

Interview
Altogether is good. They will introduce themself and talk about the role details and then ask you to introduce yourself. After that, they will ask you ~ 4 scenario questions.
